Process
Tell us about your kitchen, your typical volumes and any special requirements, and we will agree a delivery day and route that fits your opening hours.
Send your list by web form, email or a quick call. We confirm availability and substitutions before your deadline, so nothing arrives unannounced.
Our team picks every line from our local warehouse, checks it against your order list and packs it into returnable crates, ready for the road.
Your order arrives chilled or ambient as required, and the driver helps you unload if you need it. You sign once, and the invoice follows by email the same day.

FAQ
We ask for orders by noon the day before delivery so our team has time to pick and check every line. For a first delivery, give us two working days to set up your account and confirm your route.
No, we do not set a minimum. We work with small cafés and large kitchens alike, and we will suggest an order frequency that keeps your stock fresh without overordering.
We check substitutions with you before packing. If we cannot reach you, we leave the line off and credit your invoice, rather than sending an unagreed replacement.
Yes, our delivery vans are temperature-controlled where needed, and our chilled and frozen lines are packed separately. Each crate is sealed so the cold chain stays intact.
We mainly stock our own Mitchinson range, plus a small selection of local and national brands. If you need a specific product, we will look into sourcing it for a regular order.
All accounts are on a 30-day payment term after a credit check. Invoices are sent by email on the day of delivery, with a clear line for each case and any substitutions noted.
Some questions take a paragraph to write and a sentence to say. Leave a number and say it to someone who can answer it.
